Note from Hi-Vi
F Series was developed for audiophiles and music lovers. The high end car audio system uses drivers adapted from several of our most popular high end home audio speakers. The end result is an incredibly detailed and balanced acoustic system for car audio. Composite Kevlar woofers assembled in die cast frames ensure minimal resonance and a broad and balanced response. Each driver has been treated to prevent water and moisture damage. The FR600 system uses a newly developed Isodynamic ribbon tweeters. F Series integrates the best of Isodynamic ribbon technology and composite Kevlar cone technology into a true high fidelity car audio series. A true live concert experience can be felt when listening to high quality recordings. Imaging is accurate and music is detailed, smooth, and natural sounding.
Key Features
- Tweeters were specially developed based on patented Isodynamic ribbon technology. The ribbon acts as both the membrane and driving force giving maximum phase coherence and an impressive transient response up to 40kHz.
- Woofer cones are formed with a Kevlar fiber / paper mix. The composite material yields a high rigidity with low mass. T/S parameters were optimized for a car audio environment and the magnetic system was redesigned to maximize output while keeping the drivers depth to a minimum for easy installation.
- Crossovers are assembled using high quality coils, capacitor and resistors, the same components used in our high end loudspeaker systems. Independent tweeter and woofer filters give a smooth transition at the optimum crossover frequency.
