Is pricing for each or a pair?

Pricing on the site is for each, unless it specifically says for a pair.

When will my order ship?

We make every attempt to ship the same day your order is placed. If you place your order by 2:00 pm CST, your order will ship that same day. Please note that orders with USPS shipping are processed the same day, but picked up the following business day. Madisound is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and all major US Holidays.

Where does my order ship from?

Madisound is located just outside of Madison in Middleton, Wisconsin. We ship all orders from our physical location with the exception of occasional special orders/drop ships.

I forgot my username.

Try the username reminder.

I forgot my password.

Request a new password.

I need to change my password.

Go to My Account. Log in.

Scroll down to the section "Account Information".

Enter your new password in "Password (min - 6 chars)".

Enter your new password again in "Confirm Password".

Click "Save". Your password is now updated!
