Damaged in Shipping

If you receive a damaged product, report it to us immediately. The original shipping carton must be retained for inspection by the shipping company.

Return Policy

Within 45 days of purchase, Madisound will refund either your original payment method or issue a store credit at the customer's discretion. There must be no evidence of mounting, soldering, or testing.

Inside the box, include your contact information and instructions on what you would like us to do. Package your return carefully.

If you selected Free Shipping for the order that you are returning, then the actual cost of shipping from Madisound (that you did not have to pay) will be deducted from the credit that you receive for your return.

Note: Crossovers and special orders cannot be returned.

Warranty Policy

All drivers carry a 90-day warranty against defect from the manufacturer. Madisound extends this warranty to one year from purchase date.

Return defective driver(s) to us with a complete explanation of the problem. Please include your contact information with a daytime phone number and email address to reach you for additional information. Feel free to email or call us first if you are having a problem, often a suspected defective driver is not the issue. We handle most warranty claims directly and will inspect and test the driver for the cause of the defect.

Should the driver have a manufacturer's defect, we will ship you a new replacement unit at no charge. Damage caused by user/equipment error or abuse do not qualify for warranty replacement. In this case, you will not be sent a replacement unit or issued a refund. Many of the tweeters we carry have repair parts available.

We understand that mistakes can happen and offer discounted pricing on replacement drivers if they are not repairable.

Should you wish to contest Madisound's decision on a driver warranty/defect, you may contact the manufacturer directly. Disputes over driver performance can be pursued through the manufacturer.

Ship to us in a well-packaged container. We are not responsible for drivers damaged during transport back to us. Additionally, manufacturers will not warranty a physically damaged unit.
