Low Q, good for medium size vented box (see below).

This 8" papyrus fiber paper cone woofer is a great value for this build quality and performance. The specifications make it a good choice for many different enclosure types. An extended and smooth frequency response suggests simple crossovers, even none at all.

Excellent value for hi-fi level

I built a midbass module with x2 woofers per side, for a 4 ohm load. 2.8 cubic feet, and x2 ports per box. Easily reach around 45 hz, which is good enough. These are not subs. I wanted them to supplement smallish bookshelf speakers. And these woofers do a great job. They get loud enough yet I don't hear distortion. That's what I wanted. These are great for mid-fi and hi-fi.
