Aquaseal NEO Neoprene Contact Cement

We have stopped stocking this item.  It is available from any scuba supply shop.

Use it to reglue robber or foam surrounds.  It is very thin, don't apply from the tube.  Use a brush or other applicator. 

Seal Cement is now sold as Aquaseal under brand name Gear Aid.
