Modern version of the popular 25F-EW woofer used in the famous Dynaco A25 system. This classic paper cone has a smooth response with wonderful roll off at 2000Hz. This is one of the few 10" drivers we know of that can be used in a 2-way by letting the woofer run full range without a crossover.  Seas has stopped using the old 25cm frame and now uses the 26cm frame. This new woofer will not physically fit in the Dynaco A25 speaker cabinet, as the frame is 10.59" overall diameter. 

The Madisound Seas A26 10" 2-way Kit PAIR (based on the classic A25) is available with or without cabinets using this woofer. It can also be mated to lower priced tweeters, such as the Seas 27TDFC (H1189) to produce that magical retro sound. 

• Classic paper cone and matching natural rubber surround produce a well behaved roll off characteristic and reduce potential resonance problems.
• 1.5” diameter high temperature voice coil with black anodized aluminium coil former gives high power handling and reduced power compression.
• Four layer voice coil provides a well behaved roll off characteristic.
• Extremely stiff and stable injection moulded metal basket keeps the critical components in perfect alignment. Large windows in the basket both above and below the spider reduce sound reflection, air flow noise, and cavity resonance to a minimum.

Suggested Sealed Box: 1.0 - 1.5 cubic feet with 50% filling, F3 about 48Hz
