Tight Bass

I have purchased these drivers after much reading on the Net
I have a pair of Dynaudio 4way speakers ( 1990 ) using the following drivers
30W100 Woofers D76 Mids D21 & 28 Tweeters
I have not the funds to replace the 30W100's Failed coil fly wires & cone distorion
Replace Mids with HiVi 2in mids ( incredible performance & build for the money )
Tweeters retained
The SB 34NRX75-6 is larger than the Dynaudio unit ( bit of cabinet work fixed that ) Retained crossovers ( add resistors to the mids ) Ported the cabinet
The result put a smile on my face
Very good Bass that can really attack when driven hard . I listen to Early classical to Dance Trance
Dance music blows you away with this driver

Did a lot of research on woofers trying to find something that would work well in a sealed enclosure. This woofer is perfect. Smooth, natural sounding clean bass that rolls across the room. I am very happy with the performance.

'I used this woofer for a 3 way project and I must say this fellow goes really low. It has exceptional clean and warm bass. It was exactly the kind of bass I was looking for. I played a bit with active XO on this driver. In my opinion it shouldn't be crossed above 400 Hz. it sounded distorted to me above this frequency below that it's bass addict's heaven :) I would highly recommend this one for sub woofers and big 3 way applications.'
