This VC also works for the SEAS H0581-06 25TAC/CDW-HTA. That was the tweeter used in the Cizek HTA Model AR11. The original was truncated, so you'll have to cut this one. You'll also need some new metric screws but it's the only way to repair this rare tweeter.
SEAS advises you could replace the HTA tweeter with a H1147-06 27TBC/G: but those seem to be no longer available.
