L19RNX1 is a high-fidelity woofer with a very stiff and optimally shaped aluminium cone. This pushes the cone break-up high up in frequency and avoid any resonances in the working range for a very natural and clean sound. A titanium voice coil former with a long copper winding for excellent force transfer, transient sound reproduction and large linear excursion. A unique radial reinforced rubber surround reduces radial resonances and prevents surround break up at large excursions. This combination results in very low mechanical damping for better clarity and brings out the micro details in the music.

An FEA optimised magnet system with precisely fitted copper parts for excellent linearity, high power handling and low distortion.

The extremely stiff and stable injection moulded metal basket keeps the critical components in perfect alignment. Large windows in the basket both above and below the spider reduce sound reflection, air flow noise and cavity resonance to a minimum.

For its size it is likely class leading and shoots even higher into the territory of capabilities that larger diameter 8 inch woofers might not even reach. Its combination of decent sensitivity, xmax, power handling, low FS, and performance from both reasonably sized sealed/vented enclosures makes this driver a winner. It's not a 2 way driver in my view at all and is right at home in being utilized as a dedicated low range woofer for a mid sized 3way cabinet speaker in the 0.85- 1.00 cubic foot range with a sealed midrange/ separate tweeter. Going ported in the area of mid 30 HZ with a dedicated midrange/tweeter and crossed up to 500-800 HZ is where I feel this driver was made for and would offer a builder a very capable mid size speaker with performance that exceeds 2 way bookshelves. Currently I'm using/testing the driver in .45 cubic feet sealed enclosures and am impressed with the useable low extension down into high 20 HZ areas it is able to extend down to and can still remain relatively composed. Some of this is attributed to room gain but none the less is a marker for the potential this driver has. Highly Recommended!

Absolute beast woofer for it's size. Bass i so articulate/detailed. Little tricky to use as 3way with single woofer, but made baby jester roy's with this as woofer and L12 coax as mid-tweet. Worked out great with some effort. This titan woofer steals the show.

True performer
Direct rival to 18WU Illuminator but Titan Goes lower with better output. Bass is deep and robust. Can be xover low. Very power hungry. Sound is very pleasant. Great alternative for Car Audio Midbass. Only for 3 way . Its a typical Woofer. Beast.
