The SB Audience Nero driver has a lightweight cellulose-fiber cone that allows for very precise control. Dual spiders minimize distortion. The result is high output but surprising delicacy in the midrange from a large driver. High Qts- good candidate for open baffle.

Madisound suggests a 1 cubic foot sealed box for a 3dB down of 100Hz. Not recommended but could be tried in 2 cubic feet vented with two 3" ports by 4.5" long for a 3dB down of 48Hz.
