SEAS Prestige T18REX/XFC (H1353) 7" Coaxial, Clear TPX Poly Cone
The PP/TPX based cone matches ideally with the adaptive rubber surround. The result is an outstandingly smooth frequency response from the mid woofer.
The coaxially arranged pre-coated fabric dome high frequency unit has a low resonance frequency, and integrates with the cone driver to a point source.
The cone of the woofer acts as a horn loading for the tweeter, and the chassis of the dome unit represents the throat of this horn.
Extremely stiff and stable injection molded metal basket, keeps the critical components in perfect alignment.
Large windows in the basket both above and below the spider reduce sound reflection, air flow noise and cavity resonance to a minimum.
Suggested Box Alignments:
- Sealed box of 0.25 cubic feet for 3dB down of 90Hz & 6db of 64Hz

This speaker sounds fantastic no matter the location. We have heard it in-wall, in-ceiling, in-mantel, etc. It is also perfect for use in home theater applications. The coincidental design allows it to sound nearly the same from all directions, which makes it a perfect choice for a center channel speaker.
This driver is used in the Loki kit speaker, and the crossover is also sold separately.
